We are delighted to announce that the recent US Stage Champions for Argentine Tango (April 2011 in San Francisco) Marcelo Molina and Carolina Vazquez will be teaching and performing at Tango by the River over the weekend of July 23 & 24, 2011!
This is their first time in Sacramento! They are fabulous dancers and great teachers -- don't miss this chance to study with Marcelo & Carolina!!!
• Saturday, July 23 -- 2:30-3:45 -- "Tango Technique" -- This class focuses on connection and the tango walk -- this class is highly recommended for ALL LEVELS and as a precursor to the other classes.
• Saturday, July 23 - 4:15-5:30 -- "Spice it up with Milonga!
• Sunday, July 24 -- 3:00-4:15 -- Tango "Change of Directions in the Line of Dance!"
• Sunday, July 24 -- 4:45-6:00 -- "Stage-Worthy Ending Poses and Energy Changes throughout the Tango"
Cost is $30 per workshop or 2 for $50, 3 for $70 or $80 for all four! This is such a great price -- that's only $20 a workshop if you take all four!!!
